What we told our team about COVID-19—Pt. 2

As news of COVID-19 spreading hit our feeds, we chose to shut down the office. We want to do our part in protecting employees and preventing the spread. Here's what our CEO, Bryan Gold, sent to the team.


Hi Team,

Since we sent you our last update, there have been many updates around COVID-19. The NBA season has been suspended. President Trump has cancelled all flights going from the US to Europe. The WHO named this an official global pandemic.

Your health is our #1 priority. Instead of waiting for other companies, we want to take more serious precautions effective immediately. The office will be closed tomorrow. Working remotely is mandatory starting tomorrow. All meetings will continue as planned and will be run over Google Hangouts.

If you are traveling for work, we'll work with you to arrange a flight back home. If you have upcoming work travels, they will be cancelled until further notice.  Please touch base with Meg for support and accommodations. If you have any questions or concerns, please message your Manager directly.

We want to be proactive here and do our part to avoid risk for our team and our community.
